We’re delighted to announce Bijay Limbu as our Colleague of the Month for March.

Bijay joined M&D Care in June 2023 as a Support Worker. Praised for his committed work ethic and contagious smile, Bijay epitomises our values.

Bijay is all of M&D’s values in one and takes great pride in the work he does to ensure the best possible life for the people we support. Bijay’s apparent caring nature highlights the type of person he is; which he reflects back into his work as he ensures that the people we support get the independence and quality of life that is required. His remarkable effort and courageousness is a testament to how Bijay is as a colleague.

We are honoured to have a colleague like Bijay within our organisation. Bijay is always there for others in times of need and never lets anyone struggle, this emphasises the leadership and dependability he shows each time he’s working.
