The town of Mumbles is a 5-minute walk from the home with the nearest bus stop at the end of the street, serving Gower and Swansea city centre. The town itself has plenty to offer, there are a wide range of shops ranging from local bakeries to high street names. There are many bars, restaurants, and ice cream parlors to enjoy a meal or snack.

As the home is only 5 miles from Swansea city centre the recreational facilities of Swansea are easily within reach including LC2 – Swansea Leisure Centre, Cline Gardens and Singleton Park, two beautiful spacious green areas. There is a stunning coastline spanning both directions from the house, with coastal paths ideal for exercise whether it be a gentle stroll, a running exercise, or a bike ride. The Swansea area is filled with historical interests, such as castles, museums and art galleries.
