Rotherslade House is on the edge of the rural village and beach community of Mumbles. This area has been officially recognised as an area of outstanding beauty with sunny views of Swansea Bay. The house itself lies on a hill overlooking Rotherslade Bay, an area of breath-taking beauty with views of Swansea bay, and accessible by foot in less than a minute.

The centre itself has two cinemas, a bowling alley and a wide range of high street brands in commercial shopping, restaurants and bars. Swansea also has many educational facilities, with colleges, day centres and voluntary agencies available. The home has developed positive professional relationships with these agencies through supporting our service users to attend activities and classes at these establishments.
