In the care environment staff need to understand the impact of the individual’s behaviour on themselves, so that they are able to convey and behave in a way that allows growth in the individual. We pride ourselves in our use of guided self-reflection with staff as an educational tool that enhances the skills of the individual staff members.
This is completed through case formulation, Positive Behaviour Support training, Positive Behaviour Management training, Active Support and background knowledge of conditions that affect behaviour, as well as and most importantly who are the individuals we care for.
