M&D Care is pleased to announce the appointment of Anthony Craggs to the position as Director of Quality. Anthony brings extensive knowledge of the social care sector and its statutory duties. Prior to joining he was the Responsible Individual for a Domiciliary Care Organisation. In his new position of Director of Quality Anthony alongside his team, will lead on the development, implementation and ongoing management of quality systems, policies and strategies that respond to sector regulatory standards.

Commenting on his appointment Tony said “I started in my journey in social care 13 years ago, during this time I have worked across a wide variety of specialisms across the sector. My personal experience of providing care for a family member, helped shape the ethos of my practice today. My passion is working directly with others to help drive continuous improvement. Co-production is central to the way in which I work, both from those who use our services and as well as colleagues. I am excited to be part M&D Care and look forward to working collaboratively together”.
