Ebenezer is a former chapel building that has been converted into six self-contained cluster flats. All six flats contain a double bedroom, fully fitted kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, oven and hob, an energy saving boiler, bathroom with bath and shower facilities and intercom system. Each flat has the ability to be adapted to individual needs, as well as appliances being isolated.
Ebenezer is a supported living environment that allows people to hold their own tenancy; however, there are staff available 24-hours a day within the offices that are on-site. The focus of the project is to support adults to maintain their tenancies and successfully develop their daily living skills. We are able to provide a variety of support that includes targeted tenancy support, 24-hour support packages and personal care. We have a lot of experience in supporting individuals with complex needs to hold their own tenancies. The support we provide can be as hands-on as required.
Ebenezer is well located to a number of amenities; there is a corner shop located next door, as well as larger supermarkets within a few minutes drive. Ebenezer is also in close proximity to natural beauty spots including mumbles, which is only 9 miles away. Swansea City Centre is a 15 minute drive, and there is a bus stop located directly outside, which can take you there. Morriston hospital is just over a mile away.
