From a clinical background, having obtained a diploma, degree and Masters in Nursing and Science, Healthcare and Law. I trained and qualified in Morriston Hospital before working within the Prince Phillip hospital in Llanelli Orthopaedics, with a six month secondment to bed manager.

Now as a retired nurse, I am an NVQ assessor, and have a diploma in management. My role at M&D Care is to educate our support staff to ensure they are compliant and confident with their roles.
