I started with M&D Care in October 2018 having never worked in within the care sector before, my first role was within Llanelli Dom Care as a support worker. From here I worked my way through the ranks, learning and loving my roles through senior support worker, support manager, service manager, and finally Croft House service manager.

M&D Care has provided me with fantastic development opportunities. I have not only worked my way from a support worker to service manager, but have completed my QCF3, and am currently working towards my QCF 5.
