Will I be using my mobile data?
M&D Care are currently negotiating business phones for all staff. However, in the meantime, we’ll provide a £5 contribution towards your mobile data.
Where can I download the app?
Access Care Planning is available on all respective mobile app stores.
Is the app secure?
All devices will need to be registered by an Access Admin, using your unique ID. Also, you will be provided with a username and PIN number.
What if I haven't got a phone?
Coming soon, M&D Care will be supplying business devices. However, if you work in a residential home, you can access the department tablet device.
