Residential
Our residential homes support individuals to increase independence, in an environment that is friendly and engaging. We support people with mental health and complex learning disabilities in adapted residential properties offering around the clock support.
Domiciliary
Our domiciliary care service provides a variety of support packages from 1 hr floating support calls, to 24 hr support within peoples own homes. We support people with mental health, learning disabilities and/or challenging behaviour, and physical needs.
Supported Living
Our supported living services offer a step-down from residential support, which allows people to live in their own community-based accommodation within a larger complex, which is staffed 24 hours of the day. Also, our supported living properties can act as an alternative to residential care.

Complex Learning Disabilities
We provide a specialist service to individuals with mild, moderate, severe learning disabilities, with associated complex needs. M&D Care support individuals who have communication difficulties and sensory processing disorders. M&D Care also support people who may present with challenging behaviour and risk of offending. M&D Care are equipped with an internal Clinical Support Team, which includes mental health nursing, psychology, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) practitioners and a healthcare facilitator.
Mental Health
We have over 13 years experience supporting people with a wide range of mental health needs including schizophrenia, personality disorder, bi-polar disorder and individuals with a forensic history or risk. Many of the people that we support have spent time on psychiatric hospital wards under section and may exhibit self injurious behaviour or aggression. Our dedicated Clinical Support Team, which includes a practice expert with over 35 years nursing experience, have excellent relationships with local healthcare professionals to ensure high quality care is consistently achieved.
