Our Graduate/Trainee Manager Development programme has been designed to provide opportunity and experience, to stretch our leaders of the future and to provide management insight in order for them to develop into inspiring managers, who will deliver quality services and positive outcomes for the people we support.
This programme is diverse and has been designed to trainees a wide experience and a variety of practical manager skills alongside opportunities for them to enhance their confidence, resilience and leadership qualities.
